  Daughter went for first time having recently moved to Buxton. Was treated as if she was an inconvenience. Naturally long dark hair was chopped shorter on one side than the other, the shampoo and conditioner weren't rinsed out properly. My daughter is an assistant manager for a prestigious beauty company and her appearance in therefore very important. After calling to complain about the state of her hair, I was told I would receive a call back as they were "very busy". Gillian, who ruined my daughter's hair, has not bothered to contact either of us regarding this complaint.
  
  Obviously respect for their customer, and potential future customers, is non-existent. Avoid at all costs unless you want to leave looking like Wurzel Gummidge!
