  Popped in for lunch on Sunday - ordered nothing complicated. What a badly managed business. Staff were sullen and rude taking our order, and did nothing to alleviate our long wait once we had ordered. Drinks arrived - Pepsi was warm and flat. Then we were left alone. After 45 minutes, we asked if our food was nearly ready and were told it was being plated up right then. Clearly it wasn't - and some time later we paid for the drinks, got up and left. Waiting for food is okay if you're told when you order, if the staff keep you updated and when you do ask, you're given an honest response as to how long the wait might be. Whoever runs this place clearly needs to train their staff in how to interact with customers, and needs to ensure the kitchen can actually manage the orders being given. We arrived at the end of lunchtime (1:45), so it wasn't that busy. Would not visit again.
